It is a pleasant and enriching experience having Ghada as one of our soft skills trainers.

- Jessica Saeed/ Deputy Director at The Nawaya Network

I met Ghada a little before the beginning of the civil unrest in 2019 and COVID outbreaks hitting Lebanon hard, which led to virtual communications for almost two years. It was rough for all of us to accommodate to virtual work modality with scarcity of resources and given the fact that it was a totally new approach for the team and for the targeted communities. Personally concerned about my health during COVID since I was pregnant and anxious on how to get my team on board and manage all needed resources to switch to virtual implementation (which we had to do suddenly with no time for preparations) overwhelmed me and put me on the verge of burnout. Although, Ghada was undergoing the same circumstances (except for the pregnancy part ๐Ÿ˜Š) she managed to remain calm and provide me with the needed support at all levels (I donโ€™t how she finds time to do all of that). She is true to herself and it shows on her surrounding very well, always have the perfect answer to everything in the simplest way possible (she may be a perfectionist and sound out of this world good at times but sooner rather than later you would realize she is right). She is the best at what she does, inspiring life coach, hands on mother, and always looking for something new to learn . She does it all with a big smile on her face, a leader indeed. No words can do you enough, I hope my words would help me express what I think of you and the great impact you had on my life.

I would like the thank you For the grateful opportunity you offer for us during the executive leadership and management diploma

It was very informative, supportive and creative .It has change my mindset towards leadership role .

Before I thought to be leader is stressful task and get headache, I thought many times to quit

But now it means a big opportunity .During the diploma, I learned how to assess my team needs,

Then how to work on every need and to put my goals to achieve it .You guided me to count all

My achievements instead of looking to stressors. I found I achieved a lot which push me to continue

Before the diploma, team issues , resistance, conflict non compliance Affected me , but you guide me how to deal with conflict, negotiate with team support them and how to reach to solution make all feel they win. Speakers you invited were expert , respectful , and very helpful . I got a lot from their experience. I became more confident about my role , I learned we are powerful with the team not with position title. l work more on my team and to make them realize that we are good together .

It Opened my sight how to know and understand my leaders style which make me more comfortable when deal with them .

I appreciate your effort Ghada
